Stephen Brandon has three decades of experience in Florida real estate development and investments. His recognized expertise is in development of retail properties and creation of asset management work. As a licensed certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, he brings another dimension to the company's development activities. Brandon also is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has been active in International Council of Shopping Centers as Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the State of Florida and Program Committee Chairman and serves on the University of Florida Bergstrom Center Real Estate Advisory Board.

Randy J. Holihan

As a Senior Certified Shopping Manager (SCSM) and a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS), Holihan adds a broad dimension to the company’s ability to assess and operate properties. He has earned his Master's degree and continues to broaden his base of knowledge to keep the company competitive in many areas. Holihan is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Florida Mortgage Broker. With industry accreditations and depth of experience, he leads the company in site acquisition, due diligence and ongoing property operations.
