Westchester Publix Sabor
Through its commitment to offer groceries in a modern, convenient and safe atmosphere, Publix commissioned Brandon Partners to secure development approvals, coordinate and oversee the construction process and obtain the close-out certifications needed to open and operate.

Publix designed a unique store, Publix Sabor, for this predominantly Hispanic trade area of Miami. Westchester Sabor opened July 2, 2009.

Berry Town Center
Situated on the Northwest corner of U.S. Hwy. 27 and Sand Mine Road in Davenport, this Publix-anchored shopping center is an integral part of the 48-acre commercial development known as Berry Town Center.

With towering architectural features, the Publix shopping center, opened in July 2003, is designed with an Old World sense of elegance. At the same time, its layout and orientation to the major traffic arteries offer easy access to a broad base of customers as well as visibility and exposure for each retailer.

Coral Springs Publix
The new Publix store in the City of Coral Springs is uniquely designed to fit the conditions of the site and the requirements of the city. The store is positioned to meet the needs of the northwest suburban area with easy access from Coral Ridge Road and Sample Road.

Brandon Structures provided the services of fee development for Publix and delivered the store on time and within budget.

Downtown Publix
Serving residential and commercial areas north of Downtown Orlando, Publix opened this 27,000-square-foot urban market. The store has met with strong consumer acceptance.

Grand Oaks Village
Grand Oaks Village is at the corner of Dr. Phillips Boulevard and Conroy-Windermere Road in Orlando. Grand Oaks Village’s easy access to I-4 makes it convenient to all of Central Florida.

Kanner Crossing
Opened in 2006, Kanner Crossing was designed to provide the goods and services for the Southwest population growth of Stuart. Publix anchors this shopping center with their newest prototype, 39,000 square feet.

Mariner Commons
To serve the growing population in Spring Hill, Hernando County, Mariner Commons is anchored by a 44,000 square foot Publix and 22,000 square feet of small retail shops. It is situated at the intersection of Northcliff Road and Mariner Boulevard.

Silver Crossing
Opened in 2001, Silver Crossing is on Silver Star Road and Clark Road in the fast-growing area of North Ocoee. Anchored by a 44,000-square-foot Publix, the small shop retailers in 18,000 square feet enjoy strong consumer acceptance.

Town & Country Square
Situated in North Lakeland, one mile from the regional mall, Town and Country Square is anchored by a 37,000-square-foot Publix. With 30,000 square feet of additional retail and two outparcels, Town and County Square is situated to provide the community's need for goods and services.
