Property management is one of Brandon Partners foundational services. In the 1970s the company was challenged by market conditions and used its expertise to regain value for real estate assets that were either ill-conceived or poorly executed. The mission was to regain the value that had been lost for its clients, primarily banks and mortgage REITs.

During the 1980s the company was called on again by its institutional clients to establish business plans for distressed real estate and implement the plans to re-create lost value. Business plans were created, budgets developed and timelines proposed to act as guidelines for the value-enhancement process. Successful results were achieved in every instance.

Property management is not a casual undertaking but a dedication to the profession’s industry standards that enable the maintenance and increase of value. Brandon Partners prides itself in having been a part of the commercial property management industry for more than 30 years.
